Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

You will play a key role in enhancing the Community Connect mobile platform while also contributing to a public-sector project. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Flutter development, a strong understanding of mobile architecture, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for iOS and Android
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Community Connect mobile application
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards
• Manage and support deployment processes for App Store and Google Play

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs (JSON-based services)
• Familiarity with state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Experience using Git for version control
• Knowledge of application lifecycle, performance optimization, and debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working on public-sector or community-based projects
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
