Job Description
Microsoft Power Platform Admin / Developer / Support Analyst
Contract – 6 Months (Initial)
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote
Rate: $100/day
We’re supporting a global digital retail organisation with an urgent requirement for a Power Platform specialist who can combine administration, development, and support capabilities.
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role focused on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Power Platform solutions in a live enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform environment
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for business process automation
- Support and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) applications
- Provide L2/L3 support for Power Platform solutions and end users
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across workflows and apps
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Support integrations with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse)
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience across Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Admin)
- Proven background in support / support analyst / production support roles
- Experience managing environments, connectors, permissions, and governance
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations
- Ability to work across both development and support functions
- (Nice to have) Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents experience
- (Nice to have) Python or automation scripting experience
This role requires someone who can own the platform end-to-end — not just build solutions, but also administer, support, and stabilise them in production.
