Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for International Customers.
  • Understand customer concerns and deliver accurate customer support.
  • Provide end-to-end resolution to customer queries and complaints.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintain high CSAT Score.
  • Meet daily / weekly KPIs such as AHT, Quality Score

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process / international BPO(mandatory)
  • Experience in handling international customers.
  • Excellent spoken English & Communication Skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts

Experience Required

  • 1-5 years in International Process (International BPO)
