Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for International Customers.
- Understand customer concerns and deliver accurate customer support.
- Provide end-to-end resolution to customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintain high CSAT Score.
- Meet daily / weekly KPIs such as AHT, Quality Score
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process / international BPO(mandatory)
- Experience in handling international customers.
- Excellent spoken English & Communication Skills
- Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
Experience Required
- 1-5 years in International Process (International BPO)
