Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Lead/HR Head
Experience- 2 to 6 Years in TA
Job Summary
The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational needs. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Ensure timely feedback and communication with candidates
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies
4. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding status updates
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare offer letters and manage pre-joining documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) preferred
- Preferred candidates from Packaging Industry or Manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
