With deployments including the Indian Army and selection for both the US DoD/DHS I2A Launchpad and the UK MoD's UASHLC Framework, we are scaling rapidly and strengthening our legal and compliance function to match our global ambitions.

Role Overview:

• BonV Aero is India's leading indigenous defence drone company — building platforms that operate in the Himalayas, serve the Indian Army, and are redefining what homegrown aerospace technology looks like.
• As our in-house designer, your work will be seen at national defence expos, in investor boardrooms, on social media feeds followed by generals and ministers, and in the hands of procurement officers making critical decisions.
• This is not a generic design job. You will be building the visual identity of one of India's most exciting deep-tech startups — from scratch, from the inside, every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Creatives

• Design monthly content creatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp Channel Build campaign-specific visual series — product launches, events, awards, milestones, and national days
• Create reels covers, carousel templates, post graphics, and story formats
• Design thumbnails for YouTube videos and the CEO's Lens series
• Design creatives for WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.

Product & Marketing Collaterals

• Design product flyers, one-pagers, and datasheets for BonV's full drone portfolio — Products like - Air Hans, APM, Air Orca, Air Qali, Air Ghanak and new platforms as they launch
• Create and update the all-products brochure, company profile, and capability briefs
• Design pitch decks and investor collateral in collaboration with the marketing and leadership team
• Build DPR document layouts and government submission formats
• Design newsletter layout for The Payload Pulse (monthly)

Events & Exhibition Material

• Design stall layouts, backdrops, standees, banners, and rollups for defence expos and summits
• Create event-specific social media kits — pre-event, live, and post-event
• Design merchandise—t-shirts, caps, notebooks, badges, and branded giveaways & other such merchandise designs.
• Deliver production-ready print files to vendors with correct bleed, CMYK, and resolution specs

Brand & Internal Communication

• Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint—colors, typography, tone, and layout
• Design internal presentations, MOM templates, and report formats & other collaterals.
• Build and maintain a master library of brand assets, icons, and templates for team use
• Ensure all outgoing creatives are aligned with BonV's brand guidelines

Website & Video Support

• Create web banners, landing page graphics, and product page visuals
• Build visual references and moodboards for video shoots and campaigns
• Assist with motion graphics briefing & video editing support as required

Bonus If you have:

• Experience designing for defence, aerospace, or government-facing brands
• A portfolio that shows both digital and print work — social media creatives AND brochures/decks
• Motion graphics or short-form video editing capability
• Working knowledge of WordPress basics for simple web asset creation
• Familiarity with print vendor coordination and production workflows
