Job description
We are looking for an experienced Agronomist with hands-on expertise in *polyhouse/greenhouse cultivation, hydroponics, fertigation, climate control, and precision farming*.
- Key Requirements:*
- Experience in setting up, operating, and scaling polyhouse and hydroponic farming projects.
- Knowledge of crop planning, nutrient management, irrigation, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), pest & disease control, and yield optimization.
- Familiarity with hydroponic systems (NFT, DWC, Dutch Bucket, Cocopeat) and greenhouse environmental controls.
- Experience in post-harvest handling, market linkage, sales, and marketing of horticultural produce.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Candidates with experience in commercial protected cultivation and modern agri-tech solutions will be preferred.
Pay: ₹87,000.00 - ₹124,355.00 per month
