Experienced Compliance Manager for FATCA and CRS Regulations

This position, reporting to the Senior Manager, focuses on managing FATCA CRS compliance activities. You will engage in developing governance policies, executing strategic projects, and ensuring comprehensive reporting. Your expertise will contribute to risk assessment and fostering a culture of regulatory adherence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the FATCA CRS laws inventory and mapping
• Provide expert guidance on compliance processes
• Collaborate with teams to meet RCM accountabilities
• Support governance documentation development
• Manage relationships with external advisors

Requirements

• 3+ years in Legal, Compliance, or Risk roles
• Experience in developing governance frameworks
• Strong detail orientation and time management
• Exceptional communication skills across levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools
