  • Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate ETL development, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data pipeline reliability

  • Apply established data architecture standards to new integrations; identify and flag risks or proposed system changes for review by senior team members

  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline tooling

  • Proficiency with one or more BI or visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)

  • Experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and iterative delivery practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and integrity

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with AI tools as a method of enhancing and accelerating BI and data engineering work

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach — ability to partner across IT and business functions

  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required

  • Ability to exercise judgment in selecting among established methods, tools, and procedures to resolve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, or related field
