Senior Cloud Engineer – SaMD Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver cloud infrastructure across cloud-native platforms
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors for secure, scalable solutions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce DevSecOps and infrastructure standards
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost efficiency
• Embed security and compliance controls across the development lifecycle
• Support healthcare regulatory and data governance requirements
• Contribute to agile sprints, planning, and backlog refinement
• Stay updated with modern cloud and DevSecOps practices

Core Technical Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• Automation: Shell scripting, Python
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions (mandatory)
• OS: Windows and Linux administration
• Networking & Identity: VPCs, DNS, Load Balancers, IAM, SSO, OAuth
• Security & Compliance: Firewalls, WAF, SAST/DAST, CSPM, encryption, HIPAA, GDPR
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• Cost Management: FinOps and cloud optimization
• Agile Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in GCP (preferred) and AWS or Azure
• Strong experience in cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD
• Exposure to containers and orchestration tools
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams
