Technical Skills: (Must Have)

• years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar product design role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD/InVision
• Build low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test concepts and validate designs
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, design thinking, and agile workflows
• Experience in creating sitemaps, user flows, and process flows to define the structure and navigation of digital platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to co-ordinate with UI developers

Technical Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in fintech domain and platforms’ design
• CICD and DevOps processes
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and inte grity
• Ability to work in agile, cross teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on UI/UX designs of Web based applications in financial domain
• Interact with users and UI developers/PO and other stakeholders
• Build low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test concepts
• Design polished user interfaces (UI) including menus, widgets, buttons and design systems
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through usability testing and A/B testing, iterating designs based on feedback
• Track the project status, issues, risks and updates timely with senior leadership.
• Programming of software applications, Project management, Consulting techniques,
• Project management methods, Deadline management, Managing unexpected changes

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Must be an excellent senior resource with an ability to solve problems

Co-ordinate with team and share the status
