Technical Skills: (Must Have)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Ensuring predictable and high-quality execution.
• Industry Certified experience in Scrum Master role with large engagements
• Solid understanding of Scrum/Kanban and Agile principles and ceremonies, team coaching, impediment removal, backlog support
• Experience in working in technical project/program management role preferably in financial domain
• Strong presentation & stake-holder management skills - translate complex tech artifacts into high-level executive reports for leadership
• Extensive experience in defining scope, goals, and success criteria, manage budgets, resource allocation, and timelines

Technical Skills (Good to Have)

• Certified in SAFe / PSM / PMP / PRINCE 2 or similar industry certifications
• Experience in fintech domain and platforms’ design
• Understanding and experience in JIRA and Confluence
• CICD and DevOps processes
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work in agile, cross teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on project governance of Web based applications in financial domain
• Interact with multiple stakeholders – work on presentations, reporting, metric management
• Work on Risk & Dependency Management and removing bottlenecks
• Perform Scrum Master duties – including ceremonies/coaching/backlog management etc
• Track the project status, issues, risks and updates timely with senior leadership.
• Programming of software applications, Project management, Consulting techniques,
• Project management methods, Deadline management, Managing unexpected changes

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Must be an excellent senior resource with an ability to solve problems

Co-ordinate with team and share the status
