Required Skills

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and story points, applying visualization best practices.
• Ability to create intuitive, interactive, and userfriendly visualizations for diverse business stakeholders.
• Experience preparing, cleaning, and modeling datacreating dimensions, measures, calculated fields, parameters, and sets.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts, data blending, and integration of structured/unstructured data.
• Experience publishing workbooks, managing data sources, permissions, refresh schedules, and supporting Tableau Server environments.
• Expertise in Tableau Server administration, governance, and environment optimization.
• Ability to improve dashboard load times, optimize calculations, tune extracts, and ensure high-performing visualizations.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing dashboards for large datasets.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights through effective visualization.
• Skills in troubleshooting data discrepancies, logic issues, and visualization errors.
• Lead Tableau Developers should be able to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and guide team members on best practices.
• Experience managing BI development efforts, providing architecture direction, and aligning dashboard solutions with business KPIs.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
