Must Have

Windows Server Administration AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Windows Server installation and Patching, Troubleshooting, Inclusding TCPWave DDI.

VMWare ESXi / vCenter

Nutanix AHV / Prisma VM. Cluster and Storage Management

Backup Solution, Security Logs & Monitiring tools

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration. 2016 to latest

Active Directory experience includes GPOs, password policies, replication, and AD troubleshooting.

DNS management includes Zones, Records, Forwarders, and Name Resolution troubleshooting.

DHCP configuration includes Scopes, Reservations, Failover, and IP Management. Familiarity with Windows Server roles, Certificate Services / PKI / WSUS or patch management tools (preferred)

Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi 6.5 / 7.0 / 8.0 and vCenter Server.

Knowledge of virtualization concepts such as HA/DRS, Clustering, vSwitches, VLANs, vSAN, and resource pools.

Experience with datastore management and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, RAID).

Familiarity with VMware Tools management, templates, snapshots, and VM lifecycle operations.

Hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV, Prism Element, Prism Central.

Understanding of AOS architecture

Experience with VM lifecycle management (Templates, Snapshots, Replication, Image Service). Knowledge of cluster networking: VLANs, Bridges, virtual switches, IP addressing, and Load Balancing.

Good knowledge of backup solutions (e.g., Commvault), monitoring tools, and security tools
