Passenger revenue accounting: Process knowledge and experience as per job responsibility
Knowledge of Amadeus Passenger Revenue Accounting system
Educational Graduate from any discipline.
Professional Diploma in Travel and Tourism / IATA UFTAA Certified preferred
Knowledge of GDS/ Amadeus / ATPCO preferable.
Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
Must have skills Good Analytical & Numeric skills, Diligent, Independent and Systematic approach to work, Customer orientation, Ability to learn the process quickly, good communication skills.
Good to have skills Ability to cross-train/re-train
Job responsibility
Interline Processing of Outgoing & Incoming Billings with Other Airlines & including rejections & re-bills
Evaluation of Correspondence on SIS Web Sales
Reconciliation of Sales reports
Handling of Missing Sales cases
Processing of Sales documents
Uplift Flight reconciliation
Updating of flight mismatches
To process duplicate usage /Unreported usage checks based on the type of Error
Updating of Paper documents/MCO/Excess baggage
Need to have good communication via email for communicating with airport offices.
General Uplift processing
Knowledge of various masters to be maintained by an airline.
Knowledge of interpretation of various Special Prorate Agreements (SPAs).
Accounting Knowledge for General ledger reconciliation in PRA system
