Job Title: Network Engineer L2 (Walkin Drive)

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Synergy Park Non-Sez, Rapti Building, C-Wing, Zone 8/9/10, Opposite DLF Building, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500032.

Job Requirements*

• Strong L2 experience in Routing, Switching, and Wireless

•

• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper devices

•

• Knowledge of network isolation and application-level issue analysis

•

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

•

• Ability to work independently on L2/L3 issues
• Good to have: Knowledge on Cisco SD WAN, Cisco ISE and Citrix NetScaler

Key Responsibilities*

• Handle L2 routing and wireless operations

•

• Perform Cisco & Juniper switching configuration and troubleshooting

•

• Isolate and resolve network vs application issues

•

• Coordinate with teams and vendors for issue resolution

•

• Support L2/L3 incidents independently
