Role Description:

• A Python Developer Lead bridges advanced technical architecture with team management.
• They design scalable back-end systems, write clean code, mentor developers, and drive strategic engineering decisions.
• This role demands extensive hands-on expertise and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide the architectural design, database schemas, and scalability of Python-based applications.
• Team Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and coach junior to mid-level engineers.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception through deployment and production maintenance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• System Integration & Optimization: Build back-end APIs and integrate with third-party services, ensuring top-tier performance, security, and data protection.

Essential Qualifications

• Core Languages: Deep proficiency in Python alongside frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Database Management: Strong command of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per annum
