• Deep understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, and access control across Workspace and external identity providers
• Identity & Security: Deep knowledge of SAML/SSO, 2FA, and Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD).
• Mail Flow Mastery: Expert troubleshooting of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and mail routing (MX records).
• Admin Console Control: Granular management of Organizational Units (OUs), Vault (eDiscovery), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules.
• Automation: Using Google Apps Script or Gam (command line) to perform bulk actions.
• Google Apps Script / AppScript: Development and troubleshooting of scripts used for automation, validation, reporting, and advanced admin workflows
• AppSheet: Understanding of AppSheet integrations and behavior within Workspace environments for diagnostics and enterprise use cases
• Command‑Line Automation: Use of GAM and similar tools to execute controlled bulk actions and environment inspection
• Python: Practical scripting skills to analyze data, interact with APIs, validate configurations, automate diagnostics, and support deep troubleshooting
• Ability to understand and reason about scripts written by customers or partners, including failure analysis and impact assessment
• Strong foundations in networking, DNS, APIs, HTTP flows, identity chains, and email transport
• Advanced troubleshooting methodologies including issue reproduction, log analysis, and hypothesis‑driven root‑cause isolation
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems and engineering escalation processes
