Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm

Experience: 0-6 years in retail pharmacy

• Bihar State Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory for Pharmacist & Senior pharmacist

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy software

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and diagnostics targets

Deliver excellent customer service (in-store & online)

Manage and process omni channel orders within TAT

Maintain accurate inventory and stock checks

Ensure compliance with billing and SOP guidelines

Maintain store hygiene and proper product display

Support marketing and promotional activities

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach

Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Ethical and professional behavior
