Warehouse Incharge – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material handling, storage compliance, documentation, and coordination with production, QA, and procurement teams while ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP systems and physical stock verification
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical warehouse standards
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices for material handling
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Purchase departments
• Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward materials
• Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and forklift operators
• Ensure temperature and humidity-controlled storage conditions
• Handle material reconciliation and stock audits
• Prepare MIS and inventory reports
• Ensure warehouse safety and housekeeping standards
• Manage rejected, expired, and quarantine materials as per SOP

Required Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations
• Understanding of GMP/GDP guidelines
• Inventory and stock management skills
• ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
• Strong documentation and reporting ability
• Team handling and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and compliance focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3–8 years of warehouse experience in a pharma manufacturing company
• Experience in regulated environments preferred
