We are looking for an experienced Senior Product (Ui/Ux) Designer for our client. This is a permanent position that is remote to start with later relocation to Winnipeg . Our client is a global enterprise company with a product that you've likely used.

You Will:

Help create and lead the design strategy for multiple teams Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our products Ensure a healthy pipeline of mid-longer team initiatives that will help drive future innovation Working effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measures and monitors design quality after releases. Participates in the recruitment within the design discipline. Coaching and Mentoring designers.

You Have:

Minimum 2+ years in a senior or design position Experience mentoring designers in design practices Experience creating high quality UX and design work across large scale projects Experience making user-led decisions , and is comfortable working with user insights e.g. from user research of quantitative insights, data, ethnography Experience setting clear goals, deadlines and key milestones for design discovery, and tracking progress against these successfully.
