We are looking for an experienced Lead Product - Ui/Ux Designer for our client. This is a permanent position that is remote to start with later relocation to Winnipeg . Our client is a global enterprise company with a product that you've likely used.

You Will:

Lead the design strategy for multiple teams/departments Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our products Ensure a healthy pipeline of mid-longer team initiatives that will help drive future innovation Working effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measures and monitors design quality after releases. Participate in the design leadership community to help drive best practices across the design community Participates in the recruitment within the design discipline. Coaching and Mentoring designers.

You Have:

Minimum 5+ years in a senior or design/UX leadership position Experience mentoring and coaching designers in design practices Experience with line management of 1-2 designers Experience delivering a design vision or strategy which has shaped the roadmap of multiple teams Experience creating high quality UX&D work across large scale projects Understanding of the business value we are solving for our users Experience making user-led decisions, and is comfortable working with user insights e.g. from user research of quantitative insights, data, ethnography. Experience setting clear goals, deadlines and key milestones for design discovery, and tracking progress against these successfully.
