Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 2D Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, visual storytelling, and brand development, with the ability to bring concepts to life through compelling visuals. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop visually striking designs for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials.
• Develop layouts, graphics, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Create assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Adapt and resize designs for different platforms and formats as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in 2D design, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Coral Draw etc
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and incorporate changes effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with branding and identity design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
