Role : Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) International

Location : Corporate Head Office, India (Extensive Travel across India & GCC)

Job Purpose :

The Chief Marketing Officer (International) is responsible for developing and executing the Company's global marketing vision and strategy to accelerate profitable business growth across India and GCC markets. The role owns the complete marketing ecosystem including:

Key Responsibilities :

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive international marketing roadmap that aligns with global business objectives to accelerate revenue growth across multiple geographies.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that bridge the gap between traditional brand management and modern digital performance marketing.
• Oversee the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, ensuring that product launches are backed by robust market intelligence and localized strategies that capture regional demand.
• Optimize trade marketing and distribution channel strategies to strengthen our presence in key international retail and digital ecosystems.
• Institutionalize advanced marketing analytics and customer experience frameworks to track ROI, refine audience segmentation, and enhance the overall customer journey.

Education

• MBA in Marketing from a premier institution (IIM preferred). Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Analytics or AI in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience

• 18 - 25 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Minimum 8 years in senior leadership positions.
• Experience in Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances or FMCG.
• Strong exposure to India and GCC markets.
