Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our IT client with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform to help design, develop, and maintain mission-critical CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce professional with a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices, and is comfortable working on complex business requirements in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom Salesforce solutions (Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for scalability and performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and other integration tools.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and data security policies.
• Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
