Head of Construction Pune (Residential)

This opportunity is with a publicly listed mid-sized real estate developer, known for its strong governance, trust-driven brand, and disciplined execution, with a pan-India presence. The role will anchor the execution of key senior living residential developments across Pune, including Hinjewadi, Talegaon, and Lonavala—one of the company’s priority growth markets. Role and Responsibilites - Lead end-to-end construction execution for multiple residential projects (multiple sites simultaneously) near Pune

• Drive project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery
• Analyse and approve estimates, labour rates, and item rates; monitor overall construction costs
• Develop and implement construction methods and checklists; conduct periodic site audits to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and construction standards across projects
• Coordinate with consultants, services, and architectural teams to ensure cost-effective, easy-to-execute, and maintainable designs
• Hire, lead, coach, and mentor project management engineers and site teams
• Ensure compliance with BIS Codes, NBC guidelines, building byelaws, environmental and labour laws
• Ensure optimal deployment of manpower, materials, and machinery for timely delivery; track progress through daily and monthly reports with regular site visits
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel
