Position Overview

This role sits at the intersection of technical integrations, data analysis, and partner management. You will own and scale 's job syndication programs, working closely with external publishing partners and internal cross-functional teams. The role is hands-on and data-driven, with direct involvement in API and XML integrations, performance optimization, and margin management.

What You'll Own and Drive

Manage 's API and XML syndication programs

Identify new syndication opportunities

Provide support to complete & scale job publishing integrations

Work with customer support analysts to provide best possible value to clients

Assist in DTL (Dynamic Test Link) program

Perform margin analysis and use the data for bid management

Must-Haves

You have experience with job syndication programs (API syndication is a plus);

You're knowledgeable of the North American job market;

You have an expertise in strategies to improve ROAS via paid media;

You're analytically minded and love to analyze data;

You have good negotiation skills;

You're detailed oriented and a critical thinker;

You have 2 years of relevant professional experience in the job boards industry;

You have a bachelor's in business administration, Marketing or any related field;

You have good communication skills in English (written/spoken) & ideally, you are bilingual (French is a plus).
