About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic interviews using structured questionnaires.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and gathering information about our project related. (No sales)
Follow up on leads and set up appointments with team & backend checks of respondent.
Vendor Management.
Collect accurate and unbiased data from respondents.
Ensure surveys are completed within the set timeline and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system.
Report findings and escalate any issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements
Fluent in English (verbal and written) mandatory.
Proficiency in [mention local language(s), e.g., Hindi / Marathi / Tamil / Bengali, etc.] mandatory. Excellent communication and listening skills.
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or market research preferred.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry).
Ability to follow scripts and instructions accurately.
Patience, professionalism, and a neutral tone while handling respondents
