Certified Medical Coder 1-3 years exp candidate for Pune Location

• Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CCA/CCS or equivalent certification preferred)

Requirements

• Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CCA/CCS or equivalent certification preferred)
• Strong experience in E&M coding (Pediatric will be an add-on)
• Good knowledge of denial management and claim corrections.
• Ability to review medical records and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Familiarity with payer guidelines and modifier usage
• Experience working on claim denials, appeals, and coding audits
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Prior experience in physician billing/revenue cycle management is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity & quality standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate medical coding for physician encounters
• Handle E&M coding and modifier review
• Analyze and resolve coding-related denials
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer policies
• Coordinate with the billing and AR teams for claim resolution
