Job Description
We are hiring an HR Manager for our client, a well-established company looking to strengthen its HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full HR function recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Drive talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention programmes
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organisational development
Required Skills
- 6-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishments Act
- Experience in talent acquisition across functions and levels
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Proficiency with HRMS platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors)
- MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution Leadership role with significant impact on company culture and talent.
