Job Description

We are hiring an HR Manager for our client, a well-established company looking to strengthen its HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full HR function recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention programmes
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organisational development

Required Skills

  • 6-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishments Act
  • Experience in talent acquisition across functions and levels
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution Leadership role with significant impact on company culture and talent.
