We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director – Copy who can turn insights into powerful storytelling and lead creative thinking across integrated campaigns.
✨ What You’ll Do:-
- Lead concept development and copy direction across digital, social, video & brand platforms
- Craft compelling brand narratives and culturally relevant campaigns
- Write and oversee scripts, films, digital ads, social campaigns & long-form content
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy & Account teams to bring ideas to life
- Mentor and guide a team of copywriters
- Present and sell ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
🔍 What We’re Looking For:-
- 7–10 years of experience in advertising/digital agencies
- A strong portfolio with integrated and digital-first campaigns
- Sharp writing, big-picture thinking & executional excellence
- Proven experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally
- Passion for ideas that spark conversations and travel across platforms
