What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term, sustainable relationships with key automotive industry clients, serving as the single point of contact for all technical activities.
  • Collaborating with the Enterprise Account Manager to identify, plan, and prioritize strategic technical activities aimed at expanding Synopsys’ footprint within customer accounts.
  • Mapping customer technical requirements to Synopsys solutions, leveraging your expertise to address both immediate and future needs.
  • Coordinating resources across technical, training, and consulting teams globally to execute account growth plans and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driving technology adoption and proliferation campaigns, including leading account-based marketing strategies and steering committees.
  • Ensuring seamless communication between customers, Synopsys development teams, and support managers to resolve defects, address enhancement requests, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Advising on opportunity qualification, leading technical campaigns for complex engagements, and supporting market sizing initiatives.
  • Representing Synopsys in industry working groups, committees, and at key customer and partner meetings to drive strategic solutions and foster industry leadership.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (BS+12, MS+10, or PhD+7 years of experience minimum).
  • Expertise in engineering software environments, with demonstrated use of Ansys or other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM tools.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including its main drivers, ecosystem, and technical challenges.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
