IT Support Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced shipping and distribution environment. This role supports both office users and production floor equipment, ensuring systems run smoothly and employees receive timely assistance.

The ideal candidate combines solid technical skills with outstanding customer service and thrives in a high-volume, hands-on support role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline technical support for end users across a large shipping/distribution facility
  • Support and troubleshoot RF gun devices and production floor hardware
  • Build, deploy, and configure laptops and workstations
  • Troubleshoot computers connected to production equipment
  • Manage user accounts and access (password resets, onboarding/offboarding, permissions)
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Maintain excellent customer service while supporting operational teams
  • Manage and resolve approximately 100–200 support tickets per month
  • Document solutions and escalate complex issues when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows laptops and peripherals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume ticket queues
  • Experience with account management and basic IT administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting shipping, warehouse, or distribution operations
  • RF gun or mobile device support experience
  • Production floor or manufacturing equipment support
  • Experience building and imaging laptops
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
