We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainer to lead training sessions on Microsoft Azure Developer (AZ-204) and Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400) certification courses. As a trainer, you will share your expertise, provide practical insights, and guide learners to excel in their careers and achieve their certification goals.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging, hands-on training on AZ-204 and AZ-400 certification courses.
• Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, and lab exercises.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to learners throughout their training journey.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest updates in Microsoft Azure technologies and certification requirements.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate learners' progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Customization: Tailor training programs to meet specific organizational needs when required.
• *Qualifications:**
• Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in cloud computing, particularly Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure development and DevOps tools and practices.
• Skills:
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and other DevOps methodologies.
