Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Chandigarh

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring across industries such as Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Pharma, or other non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries
• Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates till offer closure and joining
• Maintain database and track recruitment status regularly
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment (EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Non-IT recruitment
• Freshers with strong interest in recruitment can also be considered
