Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Application Chef who is passionate about baking, product innovation, and customer interaction. In this role, you'll develop new recipes, conduct live product demonstrations, provide technical support to customers, and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Export, and R&D teams to showcase and improve our bakery solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct live product demonstrations for customers and distributors.
- Develop and standardize bakery & confectionery recipes.
- Provide technical support and solve customer production challenges.
- Support new product development and application trials.
- Prepare technical documents and recipe sheets for export customers.
- Create products for photoshoots and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Export, and R&D teams.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts.
- 4–6 years of experience in bakery applications, product development, or technical demonstrations.
- Strong hands-on experience in bread, cakes, pastries, and bakery applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel across India and internationally.
