We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Producer & Marketing Associate who is passionate about digital content, music, films, and shoot production. The ideal candidate should be a content enthusiast with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, and platform growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies for current music and film releases across digital platforms.

Develop and manage repurposed content strategies for platforms like YouTube and social media to drive engagement and growth.

Ensure creative and technical quality control of digital assets including videos, thumbnails, creatives, and promotional content.

Coordinate shoots, production schedules, on-ground execution, and timely delivery of content.

Manage communication and coordination with internal teams, artists, agencies, and external stakeholders.

Handle operational workflows including legal documentation, vendor coordination, and payment processes.

Conceptualize and develop recent digital content IPs and scalable storytelling formats.

Oversee end-to-end production and marketing of original digital content across multiple platforms.

Execute promotional campaigns, collaborations, and audience engagement initiatives for music and content releases.

Supervise content distribution and ensure optimized publishing across digital and social media platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of digital content production and social media marketing.

Passion for shoots, storytelling, music, films, and creator-led content.

Knowledge of YouTube content strategy, repurposing, and audience engagement tactics.

Basic understanding of production coordination and shoot management.

Creative eye for digital content quality, thumbnails, and visual storytelling.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with digital platforms, trends, and content distribution workflows.

Problem-solving mindset with robust organizational and operational abilities.
