We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Producer & Marketing Associate who is passionate about digital content, music, films, and shoot production. The ideal candidate should be a content enthusiast with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, and platform growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for new music and film releases across digital platforms.
• Develop and manage repurposed content strategies for platforms like YouTube and social media to drive engagement and growth.
• Ensure creative and technical quality control of digital assets including videos, thumbnails, creatives, and promotional content.
• Coordinate shoots, production schedules, on-ground execution, and timely delivery of content.
• Manage communication and coordination with internal teams, artists, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Handle operational workflows including legal documentation, vendor coordination, and payment processes.
• Conceptualize and develop new digital content IPs and scalable storytelling formats.
• Oversee end-to-end production and marketing of original digital content across multiple platforms.
• Execute promotional campaigns, collaborations, and audience engagement initiatives for music and content releases.
• Supervise content distribution and ensure optimized publishing across digital and social media platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital content production and social media marketing.
• Passion for shoots, storytelling, music, films, and creator-led content.
• Knowledge of YouTube content strategy, repurposing, and audience engagement tactics.
• Basic understanding of production coordination and shoot management.
• Creative eye for digital content quality, thumbnails, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, trends, and content distribution workflows.
