We are seeking a <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Talent Acquisition Recruiting Lead</strong> to provide onsite leadership and guidance across hourly, technical trade, and salaried recruitment. This role is hands-on, strategic, and highly visible — ensuring Ford has the workforce it needs to power the future of electric vehicles.</div>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies across hourly, technical trade, and salaried positions.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Train and coach hiring managers on best practices in recruiting, interviewing, bias mitigation, and selection.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Foster an “always-on” hiring culture with engaged and accountable hiring teams.</li>

<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development</strong></div>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Focus heavily on top-of-funnel sourcing for hourly and technical trade roles, while also supporting salaried hiring needs.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Represent the project at career fairs, workforce events, and community outreach initiatives.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Lead veteran recruiting efforts and strengthen relationships with workforce development partners.</li>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful recruiting strategies.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Skilled in sourcing techniques, both active and passive.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience training and coaching hiring managers.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Veteran outreach/recruiting experience preferred.</li>
