data-stringify-border="0">Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies across hourly, technical trade, and salaried positions.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Train and coach hiring managers on best practices in recruiting, interviewing, bias mitigation, and selection.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Foster an “always-on” hiring culture with engaged and accountable hiring teams.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Sourcing & data-stringify-border="0">Represent the project at career fairs, workforce events, and community outreach initiatives.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Lead veteran
