Customer Success Manager - Corporate

Role Overview As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with corporate clients to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of the Superset platform. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, support clients during the initial implementation phase, and help build strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities - Manage relationships with corporate clients and understand their business needs throughout the client lifecycle.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the Superset platform.
• Provide platform training to client teams and guide them through setup and best practices.
• Support clients in maximizing product adoption and usage.
• Handle client queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Track adoption and usage metrics to identify potential risks and support renewals.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and product adoption.

Requirements - 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client-facing roles, or operations.

• Minimum 18 months of experience working with HR leaders in medium or large organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide practical solutions.
• Interest in building long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Experience working in a SaaS or software company is preferred.
