Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will connect with customers by phone, answer questions, promote our services, and help support our sales efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients
- Share information about our home services in a clear, positive way
- Understand customer needs and offer helpful solutions
- Record customer information and outcomes accurately
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Bring a cheerful, professional attitude to every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Prior sales experience (call centre or outbound sales preferred)
- Confident verbal communication skills
- A team-oriented, positive attitude
- Comfort working evenings and Saturdays
- Strong organizational and computer skills
