Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be essential. You will initiate and close sales on the spot, as well as expertly schedule follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
• Build strong professional relationships and establish trust with clients.
• Connect with key decision-makers and schedule presentations of our supplemental benefits programs to their employees.
• Report daily sales statistics at the end of each day.
• Submit weekly work schedules and goals to your team leader.
• Attend networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
• Regularly service existing client accounts.
• Enter client information in our CRM system weekly.
