Role Overview
Seeking a business-driven FP&A; Manager to lead financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support, partnering closely with P&L; and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze MIS, profitability, working capital, and cash flow
- Partner with P&L; heads for margin analysis and variance control
- Lead AOP, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Drive yield monitoring, pricing strategy, and PVP (Price–Volume–Product mix)
- Support production planning through financial insights
- Monitor CAPEX budgets and evaluate ROI
- Build dashboards and conduct scenario & sensitivity analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functions to strengthen financial controls
