About the Role We are looking for a Clinical Lead – Psychiatry to drive end-to-end psychiatric care within an industrial workforce setting. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that combines direct clinical work, team supervision, and program ownership. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Manage OPD consultations, follow-ups, and medication protocols Handle complex cases including mood disorders, psychosis, substance use, and crisis interventions Clinical Leadership Lead and oversee all psychiatric services on-site Stakeholder Management Partner with HR, Occupational Health, and leadership teams Share insights on mental health trends and workforce wellbeing Advise on mental health strategy and policies Training & Awareness Conduct workshops on mental health literacy Train managers on early identification and psychological first aid Eligibility MD/DNB in Psychiatry (mandatory) Valid NMC/MCI registration 5 years of clinical experience Proven ability to manage complex psychiatric cases independently Preferred Experience in occupational or industrial mental health Prior leadership or clinic management experience Exposure to substance use or de-addiction programs Apply Send your profile to:
