Hiring: Clinical Lead – Psychiatry | Sukoon Health
Sukoon Health is India’s leading behavioral health platform, and we are looking for a sharp, grounded Clinical Lead to spearhead psychiatric services within an industrial workforce ecosystem.
This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a psychiatrist who thrives at the intersection of direct patient care and program ownership. You will be the clinical backbone for a large-scale plant environment, managing everything from crisis intervention to long-term preventive mental health strategies.
The Role at a Glance
As the Clinical Lead, you will be the primary clinical owner for a plant’s mental health ecosystem. Your focus will be addressing the unique challenges of an industrial workforce, including shift-work stress, burnout, substance use, and occupational trauma.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Lead psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment planning for moderate to severe cases.
Clinical Leadership: Act as the single point of accountability for psychiatric services, supervising a team of psychologists and counselors.
Program Design: Develop plant-wide screening, early detection, and resilience programs.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR and Safety leadership to provide data-driven insights and mental health policy advice.
Training: Conduct workshops on mental health literacy and psychological first aid for plant managers and supervisors.
Who We Are Looking For
Mandatory: MD/DNB in Psychiatry with a valid medical registration (NMC/MCI).
Experience: 8–12+ years of clinical experience, with a proven track record of handling complex cases independently.
Leadership: Prior experience in team management or clinic operations is preferred.
Context: Experience in corporate, industrial, or occupational mental health settings is a major plus.
