About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst – Renewables to conduct in-depth financial assessments of companies within the renewable energy sector. The role involves financial modeling, valuation analysis, risk assessment, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and client advisory services.

This is a high-impact position requiring strong financial expertise, analytical capability, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Investment Analysis

• Analyze financial statements of renewable manufacturers, developers, and industry players
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis
• Assess creditworthiness and financial stability
• Identify investment risks and growth opportunities

Market Intelligence & Benchmarking

• Conduct industry and market studies
• Perform benchmarking and comparative analysis
• Track market trends and maintain renewables company databases

Reporting & Content Development

• Draft and publish financial analysis reports, whitepapers, and market briefings
• Develop presentations for client advisory engagements
• Deliver insights tailored to technical and non-technical audiences

Client Advisory & Business Support

• Support pre-sales and project feasibility assessments
• Respond to client inquiries with expert analysis
• Present findings via webinars, conferences, and client meetings
• Provide post-delivery technical and financial advisory support

Service Quality & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of reports
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
• Track project progress and maintain documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field
• Certification in Financial Analysis (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, preferably in renewables or energy sector

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
• Expertise in financial statement analysis
• Risk assessment & investment analysis
• Advanced MS Excel & Power BI
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools
• Strong reporting and data analytics capability

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written & verbal English
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to explain complex financial insights clearly
• Experience interacting with clients and senior leadership
