IT Manager

Overview

Strong Spas is seeking a strategic and hands‑on IT Manager to oversee our technology operations, manage IT systems, and lead initiatives that support our company’s continued growth and digital transformation. This is an in‑house position requiring close collaboration with leadership, departmental teams, and IT staff.

We are especially looking for a leader with a strong background in automation and AI who can help us optimize and modernize our operations as we transition to more automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all IT operations, including infrastructure management, network security, and system administration, to ensure reliable and secure business continuity.
• Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate business needs across all departments and recommend effective technology solutions.
• Procure cost‑effective and high‑performing hardware, software, and IT services.
• Monitor the use and performance of technology systems to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.
• Identify and propose upgrades, reconfigurations, or new systems to meet evolving business demands.
• Supervise and support IT technicians, assigning tasks and providing training as needed.
• Manage the IT department’s budget, track expenditures, and report to upper management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Drive the integration of automation and AI solutions to improve workflows and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise‑level systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Strong understanding of business process automation, AI integration, and IT project management.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.
