As a key member of the Money Management Design team, you'll drive end-to-end design processes, creating seamless experiences for users transitioning between fiat and stablecoin rails. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your role will involve designing workflows for businesses to manage their coins, track liquidity, and set reserve ratios effectively. Engage in impactful projects that push the boundaries of modern financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full product design process from discovery to delivery
• Design on-ramp/off-ramp experiences for fiat and stable coins
• Develop workflows for launching and managing coins
• Collaborate on team’s roadmap with engineering and product
• Partner with content design for optimal user experiences

Requirements

• 6+ years design experience in tech-driven environments
• Experience with established design systems
• Proven collaboration with engineering on UI development
• Strong multi-project management skills
• Proficiency in prototypes, user flows, and mapping
