Job Description

Drive customer satisfaction and support operations as a VP of Customer Care. Lead teams to maximize product value and revenue while building lasting customer relationships in a dynamic environment. As Vice-President of Customer Support, your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer experiences and ensure they receive the utmost value from the company's solutions.

You will lead customer support and technical services, drive key performance metrics, and advocate for customer concerns within executive management. Your focus will be on developing team capabilities and creating a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years in software industry product support
  • Executive level management experience required

  • Solid P&L management experience
