Lead finance operations as Head of Finance in Life Insurance, driving strategic initiatives and financial oversight. Join a dynamic environment focused on growth and performance. Your responsibilities will include communicating financial results and ensuring adherence to capital management regulations, while supporting various business initiatives. Developing emerging talent will also be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on Life and Health insurance results
- Direct annual planning and forecasting efforts
- Manage actuarial and capital forecasting processes
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and auditors
- Review and approve product pricing and business cases Requirements:
- Life Actuary qualification (FSA/FCIA) mandatory
- 10-15 years in Life Insurance experience required
- Financial analytical and modeling skills needed
- Knowledge of MCCSR capital rules preferred
