About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to drive paid growth and support social media planning for a B2B SaaS product.

This role focuses on running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, while also contributing to social media strategy and content planning.

You will work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads, improve campaign performance, and build a strong digital presence.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and performance tracking

Generate qualified leads and pipeline through paid channels

Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages

Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI

Support social media planning and content calendars

Collaborate with design teams to create ad creatives

Identify new growth opportunities across paid and organic channels

Track and report key metrics like CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (B2B preferred)

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels

Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance

Basic understanding of social media strategy and content planning

Strong attention to detail and execution skills

Good to Have

Experience in B2B SaaS or tech products

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc.

Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Experience running LinkedIn ads for B2B audiences
